But I found my bros in forums looking for instructions for how to install their Techstream on Win 7/8 64bit OS; lucliky, I got some information about it yesterday. Aug 28, 2014  (Solution) Mini VCI + Toyota TIS Techstream 8.x on Windows 7/8 64-bit. Hollywood tamil dubbed hd movies. Recently I‘ve got myself the MINI VCI cable to play with. As it turned out, with little manual tweaking it is possible, contrary to the popular belief, to get it working under Windows 64-bit. If you have Something other than the previous Operating systems, ie if you have Windows 7 64 bit or Windows 8 64 bit, this WILL NOT WORK Properly. The MVCI driver will NOT install, I can promise you that. But do not fear, here’s the important thing you need to know.
